when using a low-shelf band (side channel only), it would be handy to be able to hear how much you're cutting with the band's 'solo' monitor button, but at the moment it only monitors the portion below the cut, not above the cut. the issue is that the monitoring per-band works the same for both L/R and M/S modes (it switches from what you hear to the sound being cut), but with the side channel, it's very difficult to hear what's being cut without a global (not just per-band) side-only monitor.
if there was a key modifier to monitor the flip of the cut, that'd be great, or even just change the behaviour for side channel-only low & high cuts.
or just add global mid/side-only monitor switches (not per-band). hope this makes sense?!?
