Can't open more than 4 fabfilter plugins interfaces

I just discovered whenever I want to open more than 4 fabfilter plugins, system slows down extremely. It almost freezes. Closing the 5th fabfilter plug makes it act normal again.
I can open other plugins on top of that 4 fabs with no percievable hit on system performance.
Tried with ProQ and ProL. Turning the freq. analysis off doesn't make a difference.
Perhaps it's my graphic card - old nvidia 8600gt with 256mb ram. (win7 64bit, cubase 6 32bit, latest fabfilter plugins, intel quad core, 6gb ram).
It is not terrible. Most of the time I don't need so many plugin GUIs open, but I thought you'd like to know.
