Pro-Q freeze in os x 10.8
This week I bought a new macbook. And I have little issues with the pro-Q plugin. Everytime I open it in logic (9.1.8), it freezes my whole project for around 10-20 seconds. After that it works fine.
Still, it's annoying. Maybe it is because I have now os x 10.8.
I think it's a problem of Fabfilter's pro-Q. I can't imagine my mac is too slow, it is a new top line retina macbook.
I hope anyone can help me. Thank you.

Hi Lester,
Of course, this shouldn't happen. Is this the case everytime you open a new instance, or only for the first instance in a project?!
Dear Floris
It is every time. But I did some research and I found that the problem is not pro-Q but logic itself. There are many more with the same issue: Logic can't handle plugins with visualizations.
Apple released an update a few weeks ago (9.1.8). In the release notes it says that the problem has been solved. I hope there will be a new update soon, otherwise I will need to change to an other host.
Hi Lester,
Unfortunately, we haven't got a Retina MacBook to test with at the moment, and on all our other computers that run Logic Pro 9.1.8, we can't reproduce this... We'll investigate this a bit more. Thanks for reporting the issue!
Hi Floris,
At first, thank you for the great service. Fabfilter is awesome.
I don't think the problem is with the retina macbook, but the combination between logic 9.1.8 and os x mountain lion.
Anyway, I am glad to hear that fabfilter will search for a solution.
