Pro-Q (small bug)
If I put Pro-Q in M/S mode it often seems to default to creating new bands as "S" bands instead of regular stereo. I think the default for creating new bands in either L/R or M/S mode should always be stereo and not L, R, M or S. I am using Pro-Q 1.1 but this occurred in all the earlier versions as well. Thanks.

Well I just spent a little more time with Pro-Q. What I wrote above is not entirely accurate. Once I am in M/S mode all new bands default to regular stereo mode before I create a M or S band. As soon as I create a new band in either M or S sequential new bands are created almost randomly in either M, S or regular stereo. It is a minor nuance but it would be much nicer (and make more sense) if the creation of new bands in either M/S or L/R mode always defaulted to stereo. L/R mode seems to already behave this way but it would be great if M/S mode did as well. It seems like a bug to me. Thanks.
Hi Mark,
There's actually a simple rule which determines the Stereo Placement setting of a new band when you double-click in the display:
The new band's stereo placement will be equal to the currently selected band's stereo placement setting. If no bands are selected, the placement will simply be stereo.
If you have multiple bands selected, the stereo setting of the band with the lowest # will be copied.
Cheers!
