Twin feature request

Feature request:
Would be cool if I right click a modulatable know I would get Modulate with -option and could select all the possible sources.
(like in omnisphere)

Also would be nice to control unison detune and spread seperately. Or am I missing something...

Hi,

Thanks for the suggestions, we'll consider them. Regarding modulation: currently Twin 2 has a source-centric modulation system where you drag the source to the target, instead of "working back" from the target, but you're probably aware of this. :-)

Cheers,

Yes it's very good and works great. Just an idea :)

Other things that have come to mind in these couple of days that I've been playing with Twin2:

  • Sounds great! Some very cool presets but the "cetegorization" is not the best in my opinion. It's pretty hard to find some specific type of sound, for example simple "sine lead" or some stab sóunds because there are lots of really not-musical presets there, some categories are stuffed full, and some are almost empty like Bells, also very few drum sounds. I don't mean to whine, just thinking out loud. I love this plugin.

- The lower half of the screen can become quite confusing when there's lots of modulation sources.
Would be cool to somehow collapse those modulation sources to make them take smaller space. Also I thought that what if you could make some kind of notes to the routings? Kind of explain the patch.

ALSO:

Either I'm too noob, or there really is no way to make a "normal" arpeggio type of patch? Only those sequences with xlfo.
So if you are going to add some features to Twin2, make it possible to create basic up,down etc arpeggios.

And while you're at it. I want to be able to make seperate arpeggio sequences for all sources.

Not sure if this is a feature request, or if perhaps I'm simply doing something wrong, but basic CC 07 data seems to need constantly reiteration in Digital Performer. So, I set CC07 @, say, 66 in m.0 of the sequence, but the Twin2 line doesn't begin until m.4. If I start playback of the sequence at m.4, CC07 data is slammed to 127. The only way to get Twin2 to recognize the controller data is to begin the sequence at the beginning. And yes, Event chasing is set correctly in DP to follow CC data. This is a maddening problem that I would loved solved. Love how this VI sounds and works. Maybe, I said, I'm simply missing something obvious? Thanks!
