Timeless 2 & Volcano 2 issues

somehow i disabled/muted Timeless 2 & Volcano 2...
using live (8.0.9) i am able to record enable and midi track and play patches from Twin 2... but when Timeless 2 & Volcano 2 are launched from the same channel, i get no sound or instrument activity at all!
its probably some totally obvious thing, but i can't figure it out. please help!

i get the same problem in pro tools with only volcano 2 except no sound comes out and then soon after it crashes my pro tools 8.0.3 anyone help?
