Just wondering if Timeless 2 will do a tape 'wobble', and if so, how much control do you have over amount/speed, that sort of thing.

Yes it does the "tape wobble" and you have complete 100% control over it if you want.

The speed and type of "wobble" depends on how fast, and how large a range, you modulate the delay time. Slow modulation results in a typical tape speed-up/speed-down sound and fast modulation results in more glitch like sounds.

You can set up precise modulation amounts with either an Envelope or an LFO. For a bit more dynamic interaction you can use an envelope follower.
