How applied a delay with the XLFO.
I try to make an effect with a progressive LFO
but i don't understand how and where is it
possible to applied the delay.

Or if you want each note to start without LFO modulation and then to have the modulation depth increase, then:
(1) assign an LFO but set the modulation depth to zero
(2) modulate the modulation depth with an envelope set to a slow attack and full sustain
