I am trying to reinstall FabFilter Pro-L 2, which I previously purchased from Plugin Boutique.

However, when I enter the 12-character license key issued by Plugin Boutique on the FabFilter activation page, the following error appears and I cannot reissue the product activation code:

"Please fix the following errors:
The specified activation code is invalid. Please check if you've entered the code correctly! FabFilter activation code only contain letters, no digits."

Please help me resolve this.

Hi Ryo,

The 12 letter activation code is to register your purchase to your fabfilter account. This can only be done once. The activation code is not your license key, which is the actual key to authorize the plug-ins.

I think both your Pro-Q 3 and Pro-L 2 licenses are registered to a sub@gmail.com email address. You can login to this email address, or request a password reset via the website. If you have trouble logging in please email us the activation code to info@fabfilter.com.
