Hi I'm trying to make sure because I've done some research and looked every where online and didin't understand any of sources on websites explaining, but how can I make sure with fab filter pro r 2 plugin that the when I choose 1/4 instead the free option on pre delay that the reverb is align with the pre recorded source in my song session?

The synced predelay settings will use your DAWs BPM to determine the predelay. So if your host is set to 120BPM and you set the predelay to 1/4, it will be 1/4 of 120BPM.
