According to our license agreement you will get three activations with a personal license.

Is it possible to deactivate the license on a specific device after more than three activations in order to use it on a new device?

Yes, we can do that for you remotely. You can also manually deauthorize the plug-ins on that computer from the Help menu at the to right of the plug-in.
