FabFilter

I got a new laptop and am reinstalling all of my plugins. Downloaded pro-mb no problem, but whenever I look up anything for pro-q-3, it sends me to either a link to download all of the fabfilter plugins (doesn't even include pro-q-3), or to download pro-q-4. Just curious as to what's going on. Seems like they want me to pay more money to get the updated one?
