Pro-Q 4 Upgrade purchase confusion

I purchased the upgrade via my account and received no license for it.

What gives?

I can't see an upgrade license in your account. Could you send us an email with the reference number of your order to info@fabfilter.com?

My error. The process appears to have stalled so I resent it through and got my Cleverbridge confirmation number, and now my license key.
