Is there a way to route the audio from Spotify, Apple Music, etc. into ProQ3 so use as EQ match reference?

you can use applications like Omnibus or loopback to get your system Audio into your DAW. Once it's in your DAW you can use it for MatchEQ in Pro-Q 3.
