oki brought fab filter from sweetwater about a month ago and kept using the trial until it expired now im trying to enter my license key and its telling me and i quote "this is an upgrade license key which only works if you have a valid base product installed. if the key doesnt work log into your fab filter account and retrieve the full license key instead"
im confused and dont understand the problem. has anyone had this happen to them before and if so how do i fix it. thank you because this is uber frustrating
