Windows installers adding start menu entries on top level
Hi,
when letting the windows installers create start menu shortcuts, the help docs get linked on top level of the start menu instead of within a "FabFilter" folder as expected. This is unncessarily cluttering up the top level of the start menu when you have multiple plugins.

when letting the windows installers create start menu shortcuts, the help docs get linked on top level of the start menu instead of within a "FabFilter" folder as expected. This is unncessarily cluttering up the top level of the start menu when you have multiple plugins.
Please consider changing that behaviour, thanks!
