Looking to purchase Saturn 2 for a friend.

I own it already.

When I go place Saturn 2 in my cart, it comes in at full price.

Is it possible for me to purchase this at a Personal Upgrade price, and then pass on to friend?

I'm afraid that's not possible. The discount you get in your personal upgrade offer is, like it says, personal. You can't use it to purchase plug-ins for other people. You can send your friend our 10% referral discount though. This will give new users a 10% discount on their first order.

I wanted to make this a surprise and have in show up in their account one day, but I took a different path and re-reimbursed the recipient.
