Funky Fabfilter GUI going bananas
I have the exact same issue and also the UI text is very tiny, to the point of being unreadable. This happens with Cubase 13 on Sonoma. For now, I had to stop using Pro-Q3 and find an alternative.

I am using two displays in my setup.
The main one is a 27" iMac Pro for the DAW and a Dell for the plugins.
All plugins from other manufacturers like Waves, Universal Audio, Plugin Alliance and so on work like expected.
That is: If I move a plugin from one display to another they look the same. If I put a plugin on the Dell display, close it and open it again, it opens on the same display.
However with Fabfilter things get really screwy:
If I open a plugin on the main display and setup the size and scaling as I like it and then move the plugin to the Dell display the GUI becomes huge and moves back to the iMac display.
If I on the other hand make it really small on the iMac display and then move it, it still becomes larger on the Dell display, but at least fits. Fine. However - the next time I open it (this time defaulting to the Dell display) - it changes size again and becomes huge and instantly moves back to the iMac display.
What is going on here?
