Account Creation Issue

Hi,

I just bought Saturn 2 and got the receipt e-mail and account creation e-mail. The issue is: once I enter my e-mail on the FabFilter website, I don't get the e-mail to request a password. I have checked my inboxes and my spam folder. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I followed the instructions in case I did not receive the e-mail in 30 minutes and e-mailed info@fabfilter.com and have not received a reply there, so that's why I posted here. Just trying to give all the information possible.

There was a temporary issue with outgoing mail today , which has now been resolved; you will receive the e-mails soon from now! Sorry for the inconvenience!

Thank you so much for responding. I had thought I needed the account to use the software so I was scrambling, but a friend told me I just needed to copy+paste the activation code from the e-mail. I could activate the account separately. Very convenient in this case.
