FabFilter

Hi,

I had purchased Pro Q some while ago and just upgraded to Pro Q3. I use Cubase 11 Pro with Mac OS Monterey.

Every time I load the preset I get prompted with the message:

This is an upgrade licence only works if you have valid base product installed. Once I confirm then I get prompted with the message Your licence key will be verified the next time Fabfilter Pro Q 3 is started. Please close and host and restart it.

I do close Cubase and restart but keep getting this prompt. I think Im stuck with the cache not sure. Any ideas?

Hi Dogan,

If you log into your FabFilter account, you can copy a full license key from there. That should fix this problem.
