I'm using the Pro-MB on a 7.1 aux channel, instantiated as a multi-mono (as there is no multichannel version yet). I have the "Master Link Button" engaged. Can someone please explain what the "Channel Selector" button toggle is for? Is it simply for viewing that particular channel's processing...or something else.

I haven't been able to find an answer on the web or in the manual.

FYI, running protools 2023.9.0 on a Mac.

When running multi-mono plug-ins in Pro Tools you can indeed select the different channels of your track, like Left, Right, Center etc. Master Link will link all parameters, but if you want to adjust just a single channel you can disable master link and select which channel you want to adjust.

Thanks Ralph! Got it. So when the Master Link is ENGAGED toggling between the different channels simply shows the user how that particular channel is being effected. I was worried it was perhaps acting like a "trigger" or "focus" channel that was driving the compressor.
