Does Timeless 3 have a HOLD or FREEZE function that I can engage with midi. Lake a sustainer pedal for guitar (like the Electro-Harmonix Freeze guitar pedal)?

Yes, Timeless 3 does have a freeze function that can be controlled via MIDI Learn.
