Im attempting to upload my evidence to my educational form however despite the file being below 2MB and also being a PNG i'm receiving an error message stating that the file needs to be either PNG, JPEG, PDF etc. Ive tried uploading in the recommended different file format however i still receive the same message. Any fixes possible? is there another way to submit the evidence?
