I got the email that plug-in updates are available but I do not want to install and try the plug-ins I do not own at this time. I don't have time to do that and would like to just update the 7 plugins I already own.

Please advise.

You can just download the Total Bundle from www.fabfilter.com/download and then select the plug-ins you'd like to install during the installation process.

Note: On macOS, this can be done by clicking the 'Customise' button during installation.
