FF AAX not available on PT Ultimate, only Native

Our plug-ins are only supported as native AAX plug-ins, not as AAX DSP plug-ins.
Hi
After installing the FF Plugins on my older Mac Pro, the Plugins are only available as Native, not AAX. I am running Protools Ultimate 2021.12 on Catalina.
Any ideas why?
