Im helping a friends wife transfer all his soft lic's to a non profit in the area that works with kids. (who are very interested in learning about music production) Im helping to build a small studio for them.

I have access to his FF account.
Whats the best way to go about purchasing a trans.
Do I need to be logged in as the person that passed to pay?
(listing his email addrs.)
Or can I log in as myself and purch. a transfer. and use it for my purpose?
I have paypal or CC to cover the costs.
