I've found a completed purchase registered to your name in our system. We do not provide email addresses on the forum, so please send us an email to info@fabfilter.com to get access to your account.
I have sent quite a few emails to info at info @ fabfilter. com and all I get is reset your password we will send it to your email and nothing… I have been trying to get this fixed for weeks, and it seems the only way to get to talk to any one about this, is this way. I will send you an email with my information. I don’t know what to do.
we received one email on January 8th, which I replied to on the 10th. It may have ended in your spam folder. Al the other email you describe sound like automatic emails regarding a password change request.
If you fail to get any emails and you have a Facebook account you can also send us a DM on Facebook, so I can send you your login details in a DM.
Yes I got the email on the 10th I sent out a couple of emails since then I’m not sure where they went. I haven’t gotten any replies since then. I did send out a dm to fabfilter on Facebook. My yahoo mail address doesn’t work well with automated emails they don’t show up anywhere on my email or spam folder. That’s why I sent the other email address. It just works yahoo not so much. I sent an email to you explaining my problem. Thanks hope we can get this resolved.
Still nothing yet this is not resolved?!? I sent something threw Facebook nothing. wow how inefficient! I am going to call the parent company I bought the mastering bundle several weeks ago and never heard from you. All I get is an email reset your password I go to the page to enter your email I enter it nothing beyond that I have had 4 different emails that send me to the box to enter your email and get nothing beyond that. my yahoo email doesn’t allow computer generated emails!! Nothing in my spam folder, stared folder checked all of them nothing. I am still waiting. I bought the stuff on your site no confirmation email nothing. When I bought the software it gave me a web page that had an invalid software key and my receipt of purchase. I still got nothing else. This has become very frustrating. So I downloaded your demos of the programs tried the software key it tells me the password is invalid. That is as far as I got. This is why I tried to get you to send the information to my gmail account. I am still waiting for anything.
we have replied to all your emails the next business day we received them. We did not get a Facebook message from you either. Your account is registered to your gmail account. Unfortunately we cannot provide your email addresses or license key on this forum. Since you are not getting any of our emails, could you try to get in toch with cs@cleverbridge.com? They're our payment handler, let's see if they can function as a middle man in this situation.
I recently purchased your software and I got no email confirmation or an activation code that works. I bought the mastering sweet with pay pal and have been trying to email you guys for two weeks. I can't get or find any answers. i have been trying to get an email sent to me threw your reset password and it still won't email me any password. I am at my wits end and can't get any answers. I'm kinda done waiting, please help I'm at a loss.
