Does this mean that if I buy say, Pro-Q3, Pro-L2, and Pro-C2 without Pro-MB, it will cost the same as if I bought all 4 in a bundle, but without MB?
If I buy another plugin instead of MB, like Pro-DS, or Pro-R, will it replace Pro-MB in the price?

This is not entirely true: buying a bundle is always a little bit more attractive than buying individual plug-ins via your account.
