I sent a support request to info@fabfilter.com and it keeps coming back rejected.
I purchased Volcano 2 license recently. Seller sent me a message saying the transfer was done. I did get an email shortly afterwards from fabfilter saying I had a new account. However, there is no license key in my account. I understand the license transfers should be instantaneous. In addition to support emails bouncing I get a 404 error when I try to access the Shop. I can access the Shop fine when I am logged out but not when logged in. It appears the fabfilter website is broken. Anybody else having similar problems?
