Filter problem

The frequency of the useful signal is concentrated near the 0 frequency, while most of the noise and interference signals are in other frequency bands. We now need to: 1. Suppress as much noise and interference signals as possible in the sampled signal; 2. Perform spectrum analysis on the retained useful signal. How to do?
