FabFilter

I just spent $195 on the Pro Q 3 for a recording session with a guy who drove 3.5 hours to my studio and has to leave in a few hours after he sleeps. But when I tried to download the software it says too many login attempts. I only tried twice. Whoever set up FabFilter to lock out accounts after two attempts needs to be FIRED. You just ruined my studio session. I will NEVER buy from this company again. Unbelievable.

You couldn't record without Pro-Q?

We recently moved to more aggressively block failed logins, in order to protect against malicious attempts to match databases of known email/password combinations to our accounts (this is unfortunately something that happens to almost all web sites these days). We are working on a better solution, but as you can imagine we cannot change our system overnight.
