Which uses fewest system resources, VST, VST3, or AU?

Which of the three main plugin formats is the most efficient when you've got limited system resources? VST, VST3, or AU? I'm mostly using Pro-Q3.

Hi Tom,

There should not be a major difference in CPU consumption between VST/VST3/AU when using our plug-ins.
