I have purchased and downloaded Pro 3. I currently have Pro 1 on my Pure Vinyl 5 as a plug in. I can’t see Pro 3 in the Plug In pop up menu. Got any ideas?

Thank you for your purchase. I can see that Vinyl 5 is a fairly old program, made for OSX 10.6. Which OS version are you running? Our minimum system requirements for Pro-Q 3 are macOS 10.10 or higher (64-bit only).
