Please can we have a license manager and batch installer app.. I have too many plugins to have to install them all one by one.

What? There is the total bundle installer and even a combined license key for all of your plugins...

As Phil states we do have the Total bundle installer if you would like to install/update multiple plug-ins at once. If you do not have all the plug-ins in the Total bundle, the installer gives you the option to customize the installation and only install plug-ins you would like it to install.
