Are the notes displayed via the "piano roll button" tuned to A=440Hz or are they adjusted depending on the project's overall tuning?

The piano roll keys are indeed tuned to A4 = 440Hz.

Is there a way to change the tuning of the Piano display to 442Hz via configuration?

it's not possible to change the tuning of the piano keys. It's tuned to 440Hz.
