I recently bought an Apollo x4 and was very excited to turn off software monitoring in Logic, and try recording something w/o latency. My Logic template has L2 on the master bus, which has never been an issue before.

I tried recording something (I believe I tried with low latency off and low latency on) and the audio recorded in was actually shifted slightly off. And I don't mean the region in Logic shifted.. I mean the actual audio position within the region was off, late by a significant amount.

Is this to do with Logic's delay compensation?? Why is this happening now and not when I was using software monitoring?

(This has happened before in Logic, but different circumstances - a few times I noticed shifted audio in Melodyne, and I believe was due to some bug in Autotune 8)
