FabFilter

Hi,

I accidentally purchased the upgrade to Pro Q3 when I was suppose to purchase the full download. It was bought on B&H website and was told I would need to talk to FabFilter since its a "dropship" item. Can someone from FabFilter team help me? I was thinking I can either purchase Pro Q2 from you guys and use my upgrade or if I can simply just pay the difference and get the full version. Thanks for your.

Hi Alex,

I believe we have just been in touch over email. When we release a new version of a product, we do not sell the legacy versions anymore. Therefore unfortunately I cannot sell you a Pro-Q 2 license.

I suggest getting in touch with your reseller to see if they can swap the upgrade license for a full license.
