Bands in Pro-Q3 are very hard to change, especially when things get even a little bit crowded, because the panel that comes up is constantly in the way of the mouse.

Making Pro-Q 3's gui a bit larger (bottom right corner) or changing the display range (top right corner) should be able to help you out here!

Are you referring to the floating parameter value display? You can turn that off in the Help menu if you want. As shown in the picture on this page: www.fabfilter.com/help/pro-q/using/solo
