i already asked before... but might be better to crate an specific topic. Currently trying to use the external side-chain option with studio one 4. trying to duck the bleed from the hi-hat on one of my overheads using the individual hi hat signal. Any ideas on how to do it with this DAW ? helpppppp

The sidechaining part is easily done in studio one.
Getting the hi-hat bleed out of the overheads is another story.
Instantiate an pro q on the overheads insert and activate it´s external sidechain button. Then go to your close hi-hat channel and activate the sidechain send on that channel so the hi-hat is now the trigger. Depending on how strong the hi-hat bleed is in the overheads, it´s almost impossible to completly get the bleed out of the way but you can dampen it of course.
