If we have purchased several of the (more expensive) PC/Mac Pro plugins, can we get a copy for ios? Or do we have to buy them again?

Unfortunately we can't offer any crossgrade promotions, due to App Store limitations. The App Store on iOS simply doesn't give us the ability to give custom discounts to existing users, or even to give the plug-ins for free if you already own them on another platform.

This is one of the reasons for the vastly reduced prices on iOS compared to our regular plug-ins for Mac and Windows.

Hm... I wouldn´t put the blame on apple.
A friend of mine has developed an app for iOS, Android, Windows
and Mac.

As a customer of his app on any platform you can reach out to his support and they will generate a 100% discount code for the specific app within the AppStore. So it´s definitely possible but not automated.

As an owned of pretty much all of the FabFilter plugins, which are without a doubt worth every penny, i spend a lot of money and don´t regret it at all but its a though pill to swallow that i have to pay 130 Bucks (like for the Pro Bundle iOS) for the exact same plugins that i already bought for waaaay more money.

I was so excited of being able to use your plugins on my iPad since I saw them in App Store. Thought I would get them for free but no. Let me say that 100€ it’s a lot of money for an iPad app, I got them on my Mac and been a user for a couple of years, so paid a lot more for the desktop plugins. No discount, no nothing it’s disappointing.

You can do this with promo codes, but they are not intended for this purpose. Apple limits them to 99 per app, so that doesn't really scale.
