I've got some simple idea.
Could You add suboscillator mode to the FFOne??
I mean this could all be made by using polyphonic mode.
I'm using Ableton live so i throw a Chord plugin before FFOne and then lower one octave.

But It could be a simple switch on FFOne to double MIDi note one octave lower.
