I am opening transfer sessions for a massive audio archive that were saved with Q2. I need to get it to properly service this job. Is Q2 still available for purchase? Obviously Q3 is useless for opening the archives.

If you purchase Pro-Q 3, you will automatically also get access to a license for Q2 and Q1!
