Is there a conversion factor that would allow me to determine the mathematical Q (based on the 3dB down points and the center frequency) or the bandwidth N of the filter based on the Q that Pro Q is set to?

I know that Q was set with 1 being the default bandwidth (don't know exactly what that means - other than it being arbitrary).

Or am I misunderstanding how Q is used in Pro Q?
