The auto-threshold mode of the Pro-Q3's dynamic eq is very nice, but if one puts it in manual mode, sets a threshold, then switches it to auto mode, then switches back to manual, the threshold is reset to -20. This makes it difficult to toggle back and forth to decide which mode is preferable, and I can't see an operational reason why this would be desired behavior.

We're aware of this but we can't easily change it at this point because it is tied to how the plug-in parameters are set up.

OK, good to know. For those who need a workaround, A/B works ok for this task...
