Pro-L 2: Is More Oversampling Always Better?
Oversampling helps to reduce anti-aliasing and higher oversampling factors will do this more effectively. So if there is heavy aliasing, higher oversampling will work better. If you don't have heavy aliasing, 4x oversampling is fine. As always -- trust your ears!

Hi,
There are options to oversample in Pro-L 2. I traditionally turn True Peak on and oversample 4x. I understand that higher factors are resource intensive, but I was wondering if more was always better or if there are cases where moderate oversampling would yield better results than, say, 16x or 32x.
Thanks!
