I now have Pro-Q2 and Pro-Q3. I'd like to get rid of (or give away) pro-q2.

I currently have Pro-Q2 active in many pro tool sessions. Is there any easy way to "convert" all of those to pro-q3?

Separate question: Now that I have upgraded, am I able to sell or give away my copy of pro-q2? I have a friend who has a music school and I'd like to be able to donate my copy to them.

No, you can't just give away/sell V2. It's tied to V3 now.
