I'm running Bitwig on Windows. I add Pro-Q3 to a chain, with a synth outputting ~-10db. Pro-Q3 shows the frequency spectrum briefly, then it goes away. I hear cracks and pops, and Pro-Q3 shows clipping @ +4db.
