Been trying to figure this out and match with eq but whatever pro q is doing under the hood im having a hard time replicating. any help

At the moment, the solo feature of Pro-Q cannot be automated, but we're thinking of implementing this in a future version of Pro-Q!

You can use Pro-Q2 'Match-EQ' feature to capture the behavior of the "solo" button, if you duplicate the track, and send it as side-chain to the original track.
it will capture a single position though, but I guess this is the closest you can get to that curve.
It worked pretty nice for me, in a test I just ran now.
it wasn't 100% accurate, but a lot closer than I could get by myself.
