FabFilter

I'm looking to purchase a licence transfer for Fabfilter Total Bundle from someone online and I asked "I would need to create an account through the Fabfilter website correct?" to which he replied, "Nope, you would not because I have 2 licenses from my studio. I am able to register 1 more user. I just need email and name you want it registered to. When you will activate the Bundle you may make account or not, does not matter. We had 7 licenses available, 2 of those were mine. So we are all good." He also said, "What OS are you running? Well, I could upload everything for you to my file sharing server and register the bundle to your name? I would need your email address and name you want it to be registered to."

Does this sound sketchy? How does the license transfer work?

Replying to myself. This is a whole lot of nope. Bailed. If only I could report this guy.

Sounds somewhat sketchy indeed. If you don't trust this, don't proceed or ask the seller to contact us about this, and ask him to CC you as well. Then we'll see!
