Hello,
when I have many instances of ProQ open, the analyzer disapears and I can´t select the EQ nodes anymore. It happens irregularly, and sometimes when I start the session everything is fine, and then the above problem occurs. When I close and open the plug serveral times it comes back to live (sometimes). I did check the system-limits and I´m not using much resources. Tried to turn off the graphic acceleration, but no effect. Can you advise?

Interesting. Could you send us a small video that illustrates this issue? Which version of Pro-Q are you using? Also, which exact PT version?
